2- If the item is defective, does not work properly, or does not match the website description (you must inform us immediately), you have the right to return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it. The store will bear all shipping costs for the order. If the customer wishes to return the order, the price of the item will be refunded in addition to the shipping cost that he paid when purchasing it.

3- The condition for replacing the product is that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

4- Cancel the order

The customer has the right to cancel the order before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company. If the shipment is canceled after the order has been executed, only the value of the product will be refunded, including free shipping.

5- Plastic products of all kinds (such as packages, stickers, wires, camera protectors, etc.) are not exchanged or returned.

Q: I received a defective/damaged product, can I get a refund?

If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return it within 7 days of the date of receipt (you must notify us immediately), provided that it is in the same condition as when you received it, with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will refund the product's value along with any shipping fees paid within one week of the date of your request to return the product.


Q: When is "returning" not possible?

There are some cases where it is difficult for us to return the item:

  1. If a return request is made outside the specified time frame, which is upon receipt of the product, for defective or non-conforming products from the day of receipt.
  2. If the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as when you received it.

We will cover the cost of returning the product within 7 days of the delivery date, but you must notify us immediately. The customer will ship it to our address if the product is faulty, shows signs of damage, is broken, or has a manufacturing defect.
